Brothers Dieter, Alex and Andreas Knoll are the fourth generation of their family in the smallgoods business. Barossa Fine Foods is their wholly-Australian-owned, multi-award-winning family business. The Smokehaus offers mettwurst, salami and related products from Barossa Fine Foods, plus Schulz and Standom, brands with their own long traditions of excellence that have been welcomed into Barossa Fine Foods ownership in recent years. We stand behind our fine sausages with enormous pride.
